Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run in Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ — On Friday, January 14th, Angela Milligin lost her life after being involved in a hit-and-run accident on Northern Avenue.  The incident occurred around 9:30PM at the intersection of Northern Avenue and 31st Avenue.

Police said Milligan was walking across the street when she was struck by a speeding vehicle.  The driver did not stop and fled the scene.  Paramedics immediately responded, but Milligan was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities are still searching for the driver and vehicle involved in this crash.  The investigation is ongoing.
