One Person Killed in UTV Rollover Crash in Peoria

Peoria, AZ — One person died Saturday night in a rollover accident in Peoria, AZ.  Initial information states that it was a single-vehicle accident that took place around 9:00 p.m. near Boulder OHV area 10 miles west of Lake Pleasant.

Early reports show that the UTV flipped for reason unknown at this time.  One of the occupants suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.  Another occupant remained unharmed.  At this time, it is not known if speed or impairment contributed to the accident.  The identity of the deceased once next of kin has been notified.

No further information is available as the incident remains under investigation.
